By using this site, you understand that our site has external links and vendors who are selling their products. If you have any problems, please contact your seller. If you bought your product from vendor, you can find vendors information from his/her account/store page, if you were redirected to another site and you bought it from there. It means that you bought it using external link to another store. You can find all the contact information from their site.

Verkkokauppa.online is not responsible of billing, payments, refunds, returns or shipping. We do not have warehouse where we keep products from our site. We dont have and we dont own any of our products that we have in our site. We are only advertising our partners products.

Vendors & Membership

By using our site you accept our terms and our commissions. You understand that you are responsible of billing, payments, shipping, refunds and returns, not we.

You are also responsible for yours products. So descripe your products or services as well you can. Let your customers know what they are buying. We do not accept any illegal products ( guns or other weapons, sex services, drugs or intoxicants, or anything else that is illegal in Finland), If you are selling those, we will delete those and we can suspend you, or delete your account. You don´t sell other peoples products as your own, all the products are your own, or you have permission to sell them.

Cancel Membership

If you want to cancel your membership, it will happen right away. And your membership will change to basic. We recommend to not cancel your membership if you have time left to next recurring payment. We do not refund memberships that has cancelled. After cancellation, your articles and products status changes to draft, and that means those are not visible anymore in public, but those are not deleted either. When you upgrade your plan back,you will see  your articles and products  again. Also your earnings remains same, in your account. So no need to worry. 


By using our site, you accept our terms and you don´t promote or advertise any illegal or anything that can cause harm to somebody. You promise to promote and advertise only your own company, your knowledge or skills.

After your have bought your membership. You have access to dashboard where you can publish articles. When you publish your advertise/article, be sure it has all the needed information for customer. Location, contact info and describe your services, skills or what you do. Its important that you publish you services/ advertise to the correct category, if there is none, create one and add your category into category tree.

Example, you are promoting car services but there is only main category (services), then you create car services category and add it under services category. Admin will fix categories and add if needed.


By using our site and this membership, you have permission to create articles and sell your products. You accept our commission 10% from your sales. You understand that you are responsible of handling shipping and your sales, refunds and returns.

Create your own shipping and return policies, create your own shop page whit contact and other information.

Sell only your own products or ask permission to sell. Do not sell any illegal, you will be suspended and deleted if you do so. Be specific and descripe your products best way you can, this will reduce refunds and returns when customers know what they are buying. Take clear product pictures and take measures if needed.

Pay for Product

By using this membership, you accept our terms and commissions.

This membership cost 15e / month, after you register you have to pay 5e for every product you want to publish. Our commission for this plan is 12%.

Refund & Returns


Our site vendors and external stores are responsible of refund and returns. If you want refund or return your product, you have to contact your seller.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. They also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, they require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, seller will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact your seller who sold the product.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Our sellers and vendors only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send them email and send your item back to them


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to your seller. If you bought your product from vendor, you can see his/her contact information from his/her profile. If you bought it from external store, (you were redirected to another site) you can have all contact information from their site.

Usually you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
